The Solutions service is bespoke to each individual organisation and their projects.
Our services provide expert guidance and strategic support for charitable and
non-for-profit organisations, addressing effective establishment, development or restructuring.
Solutions is designed to assist each charities or non-for-profit organisations ensuring they are robust, well-structured, and highly effective in their operations.
Services:
Areas covered include, but not limited to:
- Establishing a charity or CIC (including regulative documentation)
- Organisational development
- Internal and external communications
- Operational structures
- Fundraising strategies
- Strategic management
- Organisation restructuring
- Financial services (provided by a qualified accountant)
These can be delivered on an ad-hoc basis or a complete project
- A day of Solutions services can be split into two half days.
- A quote for a complete project can be provided. This is calculated on an estimate of the number of days to complete the project minus 10%
- If an organisation has an annual turnover of below £250,000, an additional 10% discount will be applied.
- Members of the Charity Partnership Network also receive a 10% discount on Solution services
- Organisations can sign up for a retainer package that entitles them up to 3 hours Solutions services a month
