Kyle Petty’s Victory Invitational Celebrity Golf Tournament
NASCAR driver Kyle Petty and Phoenix International Raceway President Bryan R. Sperber announced plans Tuesday for a celebrity golf tournament to raise funds for the Victory Junction Gang Camp and the Arizona State University College of Nursing & Healthcare Innovation.
Kyle Petty’s Victory Invitational Celebrity Golf Tournament will be played Feb. 27-28, 2008 at a course to be determined. Early celebrity commitments include Diamondbacks pitcher Brandon Webb and NASCAR driver Michael Waltrip.
Proceeds from the tournament and surrounding events will help support ongoing efforts to improve the quality of life for children diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses.

NASCAR driver Tony Stewart has been added to the roster of special guests who will participate in the 3rd Annual Ryan Newman Foundation Charity Fishing Tournament, presented by Ranger Boats, on Saturday, December 13 at Queen’s Landing in Mooresville, NC.
Ryan Newman says, “I’m looking forward to a little friendly competition on the lake with my future teammate. Tony is a huge outdoorsman like me. We both share an interest in wildlife conservation and land preservation, which is a major focus of my foundation in additional to animal welfare.”
