Whether you have children that are in school and you go there for your bake sale or you have it at town hall, the most important thing is that you make people aware of the date and time that you are going to be holding the bake sale, so you can have a large attendance.

This is a fantastic church fundraising idea, but keep in mind that there are many others that you may want to try out as well.

Yard Sale

If you or someone you know has some old stuff that they would like to get rid of, rather than just throwing it all in the trash, why not have a yard sale? Remember, what is one person’s trash is another person’s treasure, and so you should save everything and then get money for it, especially if it going towards church fundraising.

The most important thing is that you realize just how many different, effective ideas there are that you could use. No matter what you are good at and what skills you have, you can successfully fundraise for your church. Get in a group and get other people’s ideas as well, so that you have the broadest range of ideas and the more help the better.
